Brake torques from PRECIMA offers electromagnetic brakes, safety brakes and clutches for logistics and conveyor technology, for example for conveyor systems, roller conveyors, sorting systems and automated warehouse technology. The components enable precise motion control, reliable holding functions and safe emergency stop systems in pallet conveyors, picking robots and shuttle systems, among other things. They are specially designed for the requirements of modern intralogistics – efficient, durable and easy to maintain.

The electromagnetic FDB and FDS brakes are suitable for horizontal and vertical applications and cover a wide range of braking torques from 5 to 1500 Nm. They are designed as holding or service brakes and feature a robust, low-wear design. The protection class ranges from IP54 to IP65, allowing them to be used even in demanding industrial environments.

Numerous options are available for optimal integration into existing systems: threaded holes for encoder mounting, mounting flange, microswitch for function or wear monitoring, inductive sensor for function monitoring, sealing cap, integrated heating, temperature sensor and manual release for manual intervention.
